Terms of Service

ArchiQMS is a quality management system (QMS) SaaS platform for architectural and engineering practices, operated by JUDD.OS Pty Ltd ABN [pending]. The platform assists subscribing firms in maintaining ISO 9001:2015-aligned QMS records. It does not practise architecture, engineering, or any other regulated profession. Confirmation of any quality action by a staff member constitutes their own professional judgement, not AI validation.

By completing the ArchiQMS onboarding wizard, the Director of the subscribing firm accepts these Terms on behalf of the firm and all authorised users. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance. JUDD.OS Pty Ltd may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via the platform.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in AUD. Fees are listed at archiqms.com.au/pricing. Payment is processed via Stripe. Unpaid subscriptions may result in suspension of access.

AQIL (ArchiQMS Intelligence Layer) outputs are indicative guidance only — not legal or compliance advice. The platform provides no warranty that use of AQIL satisfies any professional registration obligation. Email intelligence processes only structured metadata; email body text is processed in memory and never stored.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. All data is stored in Supabase ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). On cancellation, data is held in a read-only Data Escrow archive for the minimum retention period required by professional indemnity insurance obligations (minimum 7 years from project completion).

JUDD.OS Pty Ltd's liability is limited to 12 months of subscription fees paid. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. JUDD.OS Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from use of AI-assisted outputs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
